If you want to return an item, please let us know at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your online store order, providing your reasons for the return and/or exchange requirements.
• We will only accept returns of items purchased from the Mungo & Jemima online store.
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
• All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
• Returns must arrive back to our store within 20 days of the original delivery date. Returns exceeding 20 days will be automatically processed for an online credit, or they will be returned back to you if the items do not meet our returns criteria. If you would like to return your unworn garment to one of our physical stores in Cape Town, please email us to confirm which store you will be delivering the item to.
• All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt & will only be processed if our returns standards are met. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We will happily offer you the option to exchange full-priced items that do not fit correctly. You may swap them for the right size, colour or style, or we can issue a credit note (valid for 3 months). If we receive your returned item within 14 days of your original order delivery date, you may request a refund (excl. shipping).
PROMO CODES AND DISCOUNT OFFERS
No refunds will be given on purchases made with a promotional code or discount offer. Items that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for the right size if available, or an online credit (valid for 3 months).
FINAL SALE, END OF SEASON SALE AND CHARITY EDITIONS
No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be given on end of season sale, final sale, or items which include a charitable donation.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order to request a returns authorisation number. You will need to include your original order number, reason for return, and any exchange requests. Return approval must be granted by Mungo & Jemima before you send back your item/s.
2. Once your return has been approved by Mungo & Jemima, send your item/s back using a traceable shipping method. Please ensure we receive your order within 20 days of delivery. No refunds will be issued past this timeframe.
3. Your exchange / credit / refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your return. We will not notify you when we receive your return, but will let you know once your return has been processed.
